Los corros de bolsa
Las acciones de corros han tenido tradicionalmente mucho éxito y seguidores. De hecho, hasta el año 1989 en el que se introdujo en España el mercado de contratación electrónica, todas las acciones de nuestro país se negociaban en corros. Sin embargo, en estos tiempos de operar “al click”, las empresas que siguen cotizando a través de este sistema han sido dejadas a un lado por el inversor medio y sobre todo por los analistas, quienes por alguna razón parecen más interesados en valores sobre los que aparecen análisis día si y día también.
El mercado de corros se realiza todos los días que hay bolsa a partir de las 11 de la mañana en Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia. Las empresas que cotizan en él son tan serias como las del Mercado Continuo, puesto que tienen las mismas obligaciones legales, formales y de información ante sus accionistas, el Registro Mercantil o la Cnmv. Una comparación orientativa es el hecho de que la capitalización total de las empresas que componen el Índice Corrox-25 es de 10.075 millones de euros, por tan sólo 9.500 millones de las empresas que componen el IBEX Nuevo Mercado. Esto nos viene a indicar que las empresas de corros son poco conocidas debido tan sólo al sistema de negociación poco visible y no por motivos de calidad.
Algunas de las últimas compañías en pasar de los corros al Mercado Continuo (Elecnor, Prim, Inypsa, Cleop…) están entre las más revalorizadas de la Bolsa española en los último tiempos. Actualmente quedan unas 30 empresas negociando en corros y parece que la Sociedad de Bolsas tiene la intención de hacer desparecer el sistema y que estas acciones pasen a negociarse en el mercado SIBE, ya sea en el mercado continuo o en el nuevo MAB (Mercado Alternativo Bursatil) que funcionará parecido al fixing, con dos cruces a las 12 y a las 16 horas.
Mientras tanto, ¿dónde y cómo se pueden comprar acciones de corros? Pues parece que se pueden comprar en casi en todos los bancos y cajas de ahorros, aunque no están disponibles en algunas entidades que han empezado a operar aquí hace pocos años (como ING Direct). También se puede acceder a la negociación en corros a través de la muchos brokers. Las operaciones de compra o venta se realizan casi siempre a través del teléfono, aunque algunas entidades como Inversis o La Caixa tienen informatizado el sistema y se puede operar directamente a través de internet.
Todo esto viene a cuento de la reciente creación de una web española especializada en corros que incluye cotizaciones, noticias, foros, blogs, cotización del índice Corrox-25… La mayor parte de la información de este post la he sacado de allí, y la verdad es que la página tiene muy buena pinta y se merece un poco de publicidad para ver si despega.
